The Ender Dragon head was added in Update 1.0.When a Zombie Pigman or a Zombie Villager is blown up by a Charged Creeper, it will drop a Zombie head.Bug: When a Stray is blown up by a Charged Creeper, it will drop a Wither Skeleton Skull.As of Update 0.16.0, Wither Skeleton skulls can be used to make the Wither.

Naturally Charged Creepers is a minimalistic mod that allows creepers to spawn charged, both naturally and from a spawn egg in order to increase the games difficulty. Ender Dragon Heads are the only Mob Heads that have an animation. Mob Heads can be used as a Decoration, and can be placed in 16 different orientations on top of Blocks and 4 different directions on the sides of Blocks. I’m not sure how they are playing with it - they won’t say, but it’s defiantly getting attention. What I have noticed though, is that it’s been moved all over the house. It’s head turns, and for legs somewhat move. When you look at this toy, you have no idea how they would play with it. ‘It’ being a creeper from the online game Minecraft. I showed this to my kids and they said ‘can we get it?’. Personally I would have liked it better if it wasn't hallow, it seems like it dropped it would just fall apart I recently got this for my son because he is absolutely obsessed with minecraft! He was very happy with it, he likes that you can move its legs and position them different. Overall this is a cool toy for any Minecraft fan. My son likes it but mentioned it would be more fun if it lit up (LED battery operated light inside?) or make sounds to enhance play. You can move the “legs” on it a little but other than that it doesn’t articulate. The Charged Creeper is well made, but doesn’t really do much. He has fun playing out Minecraft stories using them. 
He already had the giant Steve figure so he was very happy to get the Charged Creeper figure. Love, love, love! We have two Minecraft lovers in our home and they play with this constantly. I recommend for a collector and fan, but not an amusing toy. The toy is not interesting or holds interest, it just sits on a shelf in different leg positions. Really durable, great quality product! My mine craft obsessed daughter LOVES that its possible. Its really good the durability is good i really recommend this
